Psychological assessments, therapy and family support for children, young people and adults.
We look beyond symptoms, labels and visible behaviour to understand how a person actually functions — their strengths and difficulties, their nervous system and emotional experience, their development and adaptations, and the environments and relationships in which they live. We recognise that capacity is not the same as availability. What a person can access at any particular moment is influenced by their internal state, the demands being placed upon them and the conditions around them. Sometimes change means developing new skills or providing therapeutic support; sometimes it means adding scaffolding, recognising strengths or changing the environment.

we begin with the assumption that there is meaning in the way a person functions.
Behaviour is information. Behaviour reflects nervous system states. Before asking “how do we stop this”? we ask “what may be happening underneath the behaviour”?
People don’t simply develop symptoms. They develop adaptations in the service of meeting fundamental human needs. Adaptation is part of survival and being human.

Our ADHD assessment and diagnostic service offers a thorough evaluation to accurately identify ADHD. We use evidence-based tools to provide a clear diagnosis and personalized recommendations for improved focus and well-being.
Our autism assessment and diagnostic service offers an in-depth evaluation to identify autism spectrum disorders. We utilise a combination of standardised assessments and detailed interviews to provide an accurate diagnosis and actionable insights for support and development.
A diagnosis can tell us something important about a person, but it does not tell us the whole story. The Whole-Person Functioning Map (WPFM) looks beyond diagnosis to understand how you function in everyday life – what comes naturally, what is difficult, what takes extra effort, and what helps your capacities become more available.
It brings together strengths, functional difficulties, regulation, existing supports and environmental influences to create a personalised map of what helps you function and thrive. The WPFM then provides a foundation for choosing the right support – whether that means developing skills, adding scaffolding, making accommodations, supporting regulation, recognising strengths or accessing clinical support.
Standalone without diagnosis £495 (as part of the diagnosis £295 added to the diagnostic assessment fee)
