Dr Mihaela Zdrali  

 
Dr Mihaela Zdrali, founder of The Bodymind Centre, has a strong passion for mind/body approaches and treating the whole self. She is a chartered counselling psychologist, a certified mental health integrative medicine provider as well as a movement expert. She specialises in trauma, addictions and emotional dysregulation. Mihaela has worked extensively within NHS, the American medical system and in private practice in the UK. She successfully supports people overcome a wide variety of concerns from anxiety, depression and relationship issues to deep rooted psychological and mental heath issues including personality disorders. 
 
 

Dr Caroline Longmore  

 
Dr Caroline Longmore, clinical director of Galen Health and naturopathic specialist at The Bodymind Centre, has over 40 years of experience in complementary medicine. She is one of the innovators of 360-degree care for patients, searching for the root cause of disease and not settling for treating only symptoms. She successfully supports her patients to work through complex physical conditions. She is a passionate believer of taking control of your health through prevention and shifts in lifestyle. 
 

Dr Noha Eskander  

Dr. Noha Eskander (MRChB, MRCPsych, Approved Clinician Under The Secretary Of State) is a Child & Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years experience in Psychiatry and a full member of The Royal College Of Psychiatry. She has worked extensively across the UK for both the NHS and the private sector in some of the leading Trusts and Specialist Hospitals dealing with psychiatric issues. She has a particular interest in Eating Disorders, Attachment Disorders and Emotional Disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, OCD and PTSD and is highly skilled in diagnosing and treating ADHD. 
 

Jo  Camacho  

Jo Camacho is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, as well as a level 4 Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), accredited by the NCFE. Jo trained with the highly acclaimed Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy Training, often considered as the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. Jo is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists, as well as the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, so she abides by their ethics. Jo is fully insured and has a valid DBS certificate which enables her to work with vulnerable people. Jo is available to meet face to face or online if you would prefer. 
 
 

Ankita  Desai  

Ankita Desai is a registered Osteopath, and she holds a degree in Biomedical Science from Brunel University.  
 
Ankita also graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters of Osteopathy and is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council. Ankita provides a range of services including osteopathy, medical acupuncture and mat pilates. These methods assist with musculoskeletal conditions including neck pain, shoulder problems, sports injuries, back pain and more. Ankita enjoys working with patients of all ages, with a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, lower back pain, sports injuries, neck and upper back conditions. 
 
 

Peter Buhlmann  

Peter Buhlmann is a counsellor and psychotherapist. 'I provide a safe and calm space to process emotions and explore paths to self growth. I work with my clients to resolve relationships with others and to help them find ways to connect with themselves. 
 
I believe all my clients are unique and I work with them in a collaborative way to resolve what is troubling them. I have experience working in counselling services across Surrey with clients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing issues that include depression, grief, anger, feeling stuck and separate from life.' 
 
 

Sophie Johnstone  

Sophie Johnstone is a counsellor and psychotherapist. She works with adults and young people on a one-to-one basis. ‘I offer a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. It may be that things in life are difficult, or you feel stuck, or perhaps you would like to do something differently. Talking to an experienced therapist can help you to make sense of what has happened to you, shift your perspective, enable new realisations and further your self-awareness.’ 
 
Sophie also works as a counsellor in an NHS-funded counselling service for young adults and has worked as a counsellor/ psychotherapist in a women’s centre. She has extensive experience of working with anxiety, grief, low mood and trauma.
